Fuel Cell Control Group is looking for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) bench support for software integration testing of Fuel Cell Control module. Work with Fuel Cell Subsystem TRBs and Calibration/Development team to specify, deploy, upgrade, and rollout automation capabilities to enable successful verification and validation of Fuel Cell systems and software.

Act as a key owner of a family of HIL benches and their associated software and hardware tools
Coordinate HIL bench deployment and support for Fuel Cell System HIL benches and their associated software and hardware tools.
Work with internal resources and suppliers (of test benches and control modules) to provide bench harness, load boxes, and coordinate changes following the standard processes to ensure effective bench rollout.
Provide technical support and testing assistance for test script development, test execution (cadence HWIO and milestone testing), test automation support and other bench customer activities.
Update host PCs, verify proper model version, Control Desk (or other HIL software tool) versions, INCA software version, and license control.
Release the HIL bench BOM and coordinate deployment & support for Fuel Cell HIL benches and their associated software and hardware tools.
Plan, communicate, and coordinate HIL strategy and model rollout to support applications and features requested by user community as needed.
Work with the HIL supplier to provide hardware specifications of HIL benches based on future control system specifications
Interface with team members, bench customers, technical leaders and management as necessary to support and execute program imperatives
Additional Job Description
Required BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science
Knowledge and a minimum of 2 years work experience in control system design, integration, and testing or automotive controls calibration development
Real-time simulation knowledge of dSPACE or other HIL / SIL simulation platforms
Modeling experience in Matlab / Simulink
Results driven individual with high levels of initiative, urgency and pro-activity
High degree of functional / technical and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple difficult assignments with a high level of autonomy and accountability for results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Functional / Technical Skills and Problem Solving Skills
Ability to support multiple programs and/or activities
Ability to Learn and apply new skills\Good business acumen and organizational strategic agility
Knowledge and 1-5 years of experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop tools for automotive embedded controls software Verification & Validation
Powertrain or Vehicle Plant Modeling and Integration experience
Experience with commonly used HIL bench tools, such as ETAS INCA, Lauterbach, CAN (CANalyzer or Vehicle Spy), software code generation, Python, etc.
Knowledge and 1-5 years of experience developing microprocessor-based, real-time control algorithms and software in high level (C/C++) language
