Grant Lagimodiere, P.Eng. is a Professional Engineer registered in Ontario and Saskatchewan with over 25 years of experience in Electronic Security and Automation technology assessment, technical design, project management, implementation and commissioning. Mr. Lagimodiere was the co-founder of a Canadian corporation responsible for the design and installation of several of Canada’s largest and highly integrated Justice Facility Security System projects.
Grant has budgeted, designed, planned and managed security projects and systems integrations with individual project values exceeding $3 million. Sub-specialties include security assessment and design for detention-grade security systems and Command Centers for Federal, Provincial and Municipal Corrections Facilities, secure Psychiatric Facilities and Courthouses. Also included in the project portfolio are automation and control systems for uranium mines, metal mines, potash mines, coal mines, hydroelectric power plants, chemical plants, food & beverage processors, and water/wastewater treatment plants. The client base has included Correctional Services Canada, Department of National Defence, Infrastructure Ontario, Alberta Infrastructure, Alberta Law Courts, Calgary Law Courts, Cornwall Courthouse, Pembroke Courthouse, The Royal Canadian Mint, Saskatchewan Justice, Cameco (Uranium), Areva (Cogema Resources), Cominco Metals, PotashCorp, SaskPower, British Petroleum, SaskTel, SaskEnergy, and SaskWater.
