This role is vital in streamlining systems and processes and leveraging technology to exceed the organization’s financial and operational performance targets. The Technical Systems Architect will be a member of the Trystar Continuous Improvement Team which leads improvement projects across the entire organization.

Develop a solution-based, technical architecture for the company and a roadmap of projects based on prioritization of impact to key business objectives.
Lead and manage systems project delivery with a focus on business requirements, change management, technical solutions, communications, and task management.
Serve as the technical interface to internal stakeholders and external development and integration resources.
Build consensus with internal stakeholders to design, configure and deploy optimal, future-looking solutions.
Design workflows, new processes, data flow and integrations with existing and new systems
Lead implementation of ERP, CRM, and other system enhancements
Maintain knowledge of current and future functionality and capabilities around ERP, CRM, and other applications
Develop, maintain & update technical documentation
Lead System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high-quality delivery
Highly motivated, passionate, and exceptional communications skills
Flexible, collaborative, and influential approach to facilitating and working in teams
A track record of addressing stakeholder needs through the use of technology BS in computer science, engineering, or related technical degree
7+ years of experience in a technology-related field
Knowledge of business software systems, including ERP’s and reporting tools
Ability to manage projects of all sizes across the enterprise
Experience in software delivery as a technical product owner, developer, or integrator
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Knowledge of Epicor ERP and CRM
Knowledge of PowerBI
