Provides hands on support of a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications. Works closely with IT leadership to ensure effective planning, strategies, and execution of key platforms and initiatives.
Identifies enhancements for existing applications that can streamline and optimize processes.
Implementation and execution of software platform rollouts, upgrades and integrations.
Provides recommendations and assists in the selection of solutions to advance the technology posture.
Participates in the development, support, and enforcement of bank technology policies and procedures.
Identify platforms where a 3rd party managed service would improve both our security, platform reliability and expertise.
Focuses on business value and quality of service while working to create efficiencies and maximize the software platform investment.
Assists the CIO and Technology Architect to manage relationships and negotiations with vendors and technology partners for enterprise platforms.
Establishes standards and methodologies for development of enterprise services.
Assists in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Applications, or a related field and three years of related work experience or; seven years of a combination of related education, training, and work experience.
Knowledge of SQL Server solutions.
Experience with both vendor applications and customized software.
Ability to prioritize projects.
