We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and goal driven Software Engineer to join our Digital Banking team. This position can be located in our Peachtree Corners, GA office or remotely.

Develop quality enterprise digital banking solutions utilizing Microsoft software development languages and tools.
Create software designs for enhancements or features based on best practices with the assistance of more experienced engineers.
Participates in code and design reviews. Makes updates based on review recommendations.
Keeps current on latest Microsoft development products.
Provide support and maintenance on existing applications with the assistance of more experienced engineers as needed.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code with the assistance of more experienced engineers as needed.
Demonstrate code quality through proper unit and other testing.
Break down user stories into component tasks and provide estimates with the assistance of more experienced engineers as needed.
Work in a collaborative development environment with a team of developers.
Assists with the definition of the hardware, system software, and network configuration required for implementations.
Enhances and configures the Alogent products to meet the client requirements.
Installs Alogent products at client sites, either on-site or remote, with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Participates and supports verification testing of client workflows and feature enhancements.
Conducts analysis and resolution of complex client problems/situations while practicing excellent client relation skills.
Delivers the project task deliverables to, or under, timeline and budget constraints.
Participates and assists in various interdepartmental processes including technical sales support, project turnover, and defect reporting.

Previous Software Engineering experience (3-5 years)

.NET Framework 3.5/4.0+ (1-3 years)
SQL Server (1-3 years)
Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and software patterns
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and multiple software development approaches
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Git version control system
Experience working on a Scrum team
Knowledge of credit union and/or banking industry
Understanding of Clean Architecture
General familiarity with core banking system functionality required (such as Corelation/KeyStone, Jack Henry/Symitar, etc.) strongly preferred
