M&S Application Software Engineer

The M&S Application Software Engineer will be responsible for developing software components of a large simulation system in a small team environment. Specific responsibilities include design, implementation, integration, and testing as well as support of the software development life cycle with peer reviews, documentation and configuration management adhering to the project level process plans.

Required Skills:
Recent development experiences in C++, OOD, OOP, XML, UML, JAVA
Experience in OOD and OOP using C++ and Java on a UNIX/Linux platform
Experience in developing missile defense simulations, and executing state machines required
Consideration will be given for element specific Modeling and Simulation experience
Current DOD Secret Clearance is required
Experience in developing missile defense simulations, and executing state machines desired
Experience with Agile development methodology
Consideration will be given for BCM and/or Space Situational Awareness experience

Required Education (including Major):
6 years of related work experience, with BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
