JTEO Test and Evaluation Engineer to support our team in Colorado Springs, CO.
o Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting T&E data
o Reviewing test plans and procedures and identifying gaps
o Developing test plans, detailed test procedures, and report
o Preparing/presenting briefings at senior management meetings
o Supporting ITT, Test Plan Working Groups
o BA or BS degree
o Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing professional relationships
o Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
o Capable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o BS degree in engineering, math, or physics,
o Professional certifications (INCOSE, CISSP, IEEE)
o Experience with government test and evaluation, Space and Missile Center; MILSATCOM, and Joint Interoperability Test Command
o Ability to learn new satellite communications systems
o Experience/knowledge with ICDs
o 10+ years demonstrated experience in satellite terminal requirement verification
o 10+ years test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF test processes and documentation
o 5+ Data analysis/data collection
o Must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this position
o 5+ years’ experience in DoD SATCOM
o 5+ years’ experience with ground systems, such as terminals and networks
o Active TS or TS/SCI
