CapEd’s Applications Engineer will manage the OS and application layer of CapEd's digital infrastructure. This position is also responsible for configuring and maintaining all automation processes. The Application Engineer will provide tier II support and training to Credit Union employees in the use of office automation products, personal computers, online application systems, user-based peripherals, etc.

The successful candidate will meet the following required qualifications:
· Three to five years of similar or related experience
· Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be creative, teachable, adaptive, and tactful
· A four-year college degree preferred and/or professional certification in specialized field of work
· Bilingual preferred but not required
