Summary: Responsible for the planning, engineering, and maintenance of HSB’s systems infrastructure. This position demonstrates expertise in a variety of systems, engineering concepts, practices, and procedures while monitoring the performance of the systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Operate and complete required duties within the MS Active Directory environment;
Administer the server / VMware infrastructure;
Administer and remediate the antivirus environment (server/pc environment);
Maintain server performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, system hardware, installation, firmware patching, and VMware/Windows/Linux software patching;
Complete project work on time while meeting our high quality standards;
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers;
Perform critical, after hours support as needed; and
Perform other work related duties, as assigned.

Must have the ability to direct all elements of desktop and mobile support;
Must have knowledge with vSphere, Linux, Windows Server, MIMIX and IBM ISeries systems administration and support;
Must be able to follow established cyber security policies and procedures;
Must have the ability to handle stress and balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within a limited time frame;
Must have excellent customer service and strong communication skills;
Must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
Two to four (2-4) years’ of experience working in a systems engineering environment required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field is preferred;
UCS, VMware, ESXi and MS SCCM experience is preferred; and
Banking experience is a plus.
