We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Engineer/Scientist to work at Patrick AFB, FL.

This position's primary purpose is to provide Programmatic support to Air Force Tactical Applications Center (AFTAC) new and ongoing projects in support of the Tactics and Training Team, Time-Dominant Operations Portfolio Lead, development teams, and DoD stakeholders. . The AFTAC works to facilitate collaborative relationships between DoD customer and commercial vendors for innovative defense solutions.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Provide subject matter expert support to new and ongoing projects in support of the Tactics and Training team, Time-Dominant Operations Portfolio Lead, development teams, and DoD stakeholders.
Provide subject matter expertise in ISR functions related to current and future mission areas, including evaluation of new tactics and training programs.
Assist development of tactics, training, standardization, and evaluation programs required for mission capability development; evaluation of the program merits of various exercise and other organization’s training courses to be used by analysts.
Provide operational support to mission planning and mission execution, including extensive reporting and tradecraft development; analysis of information and quality assurance of reports; discussions about sensor performance and environmental modeling; and operational exercise support experience.
Provide advice and assistance regarding collaboration and integration of new mission capabilities and support discussions needing subject matter expertise with other government agencies.
Provide strategic, operational, and tactical subject matter expertise in relation to real world operations supporting global operations.
Support programs at technical meetings and conferences.
Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant Engineering/Scientific experience

Desired Skills:
Experience in the DOD intelligence environment or equivalent government agencies, with field level experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)

Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI

Travel: 10%
