Job Description

Metropolitan Telephone's market leading voice and data solutions are revolutionizing the way businesses communicate and collaborate. We are looking for a proven solution seller to join our sales team as we re-engineer to attack the explosive Unified Communications market. Must be able to promote our value proposition, be a team player and work with our support staff to submit bid responses and quotes.


Become an expert on Metropolitan Telephone’s services and partner solutions

Find and close complex deals involving various level stakeholders in the process

Develop a collaborative approach with OEM partners to identify, engage, and win customers

Leverage and partner with internal resources to execute on deals and deliver on company objectives

Manage pipeline, sales activity and ability to accurately forecast


5 + years of technology solution based selling (VOIP Premise & Hosted solutions, UcaaS, preferably with Mitel or Avaya products but not required)

A demonstrated track of exceeding budget

A successful history of prospecting and acquiring enterprise level targets

Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
