Deere & Company is seeking a NVH Engineer in Cedar Falls, IA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 4 years related experience. Prior experience must include the following: implement and improve analytical development processes and procedures (9 yrs exp); lead development of Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) analytical models to predict vibration response (6 yrs exp); coordinate and mentor other engineers to build and analyze vehicle computer-aided engineering (CAE) models (6 yrs exp); integrate new tools and techniques to increase NVH CAE analysis competency (7 yrs exp). Up to 10% domestic & international travel required.
