  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team and provides recommendations back to the business.
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate TEAM’s fiscal function and performance.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting TEAM, including evaluation of potential acquisitions.
  • Lead financial aspects of potential M&A activity and pro-forma financial and system integration efforts to capture optimum synergies.
  • Provide guidance to deal structuring team(s), considering both short and long term implications.
  • Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy and drive recommendations for growth and best practices.
  • Build the foundation for scalability in the M&A finance responsibilities.
  • Maintain the credibility of the finance group by providing timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
  • Partner with the Executive Management Team as its key resource in analyzing financial results and assisting the Executive Management Team in performing their responsibilities.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and own the development of all modeling tools.
  • Evaluate and consistently advise on short and long range strategic financial objectives, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
  • Manage all processes for financial forecasting and budget consolidation, reporting conducted across the business and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO/President, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
  • Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders, including lender relationships and managing lender reporting requirements and compliance with all covenants.
  • Review all formal finance related procedures and ensure effective internal controls are in place with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Develops performance measures that are in support of the organization’s financial goals and overall strategic direction.

  • Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.
  • Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash thresholds to meet operating needs.
  • Continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting departmental budgets.
  • Attract and build a high-performance team with diverse and complementary skills that are relevant to TEAM.
  • Coach, mentor and develop the teams to ensure that evolving, long range leadership and expertise is in place for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group.
  • Maintain an appropriate forward-looking organizational structure that is consistently responsive to the needs of corporate growth and changing corporate objectives.
  • Ensure overall systems are aligned with TEAM’s strategic direction.
  • Identify opportunities and risks and assessment of obstacles and hurdles to the business success.
  • Develop and track budgets and resource requirements while insuring quality capital, expenditure and purchasing management methodologies.
