The Duty Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient and well-maintained hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
v Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.
v Receive direction for house calls via phone.
v Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
v Clean all work areas after completing job.
v Fill out Daily Work form.
v Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
v Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
v Maintain all mechanicals property wide.
v Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.
v Maintain property pools as directed by CPO.
v Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must be available to work a flexible scheudle including nights, weekends and holidays.
