Your Impact:
Jacobs Engineering has been awarded the Base Operations Support (BOS) I services contract at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, Georgia and outlying areas. located adjacent to St. Marys, GA.
The work includes, but is not limited to providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and equipment necessary to perform services for: Project Management and Administration, Force Protection, Facilities Support (including Facility Management, Facility Investment, and Swimming Pools), Utilities (including Electrical, Wastewater, Steam, Water, Compressed Air, SCADA, Telecommunications, and Chiller Plant), Transportation, and Environmental.
We are seeking a wide variety of employees to support this contract including skilled trades. Incumbent employees will be considered first. Once incumbent employees have been considered, external candidates will be considered. All are welcome to apply.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
Work Environment:
An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including hot, dusty, cold, icy and windy climates. Work assignments vary based on client requirements.
Equipment and Machines:
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment. Outdoor equipment as needed to perform the duties of the position.
Attendance:
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is mandatory.
Other Essential Functions:
Mast be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
