Responsibilities
Operate as System Integrations Experts as well as Support
Support real-time data acquisition from Kelvin Platform and Products
Troubleshoot complex and multifaceted problems
Issue owner from escalation into other teams, to resolutions
Creation of simple solution to team difficulties
Understanding the current and future architecture of Kelvin’s Platform
Adaptable and flexible to new products and product requirements
Documentation of new and old processes
Requirements
Technical degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Web Design, Data Science, etc
1-3 years in a Support role and/or Technical role related to SaaS environments
Affinity for understand complex technology stacks
Basic understanding or of general Computer Science and/or Networking topics (OSI Model, Object Oriented vs Interpreted
Team oriented individual with ability to communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical teams
Applicants will be required to undergo a background check and drug test
Experience Pluses
Experience with controls software in IEC 61131 environment is a plus
Experience in with Petroleum Engineering
