Provide coordination between the customer and the Canadian program for the engineering long term sustainment contract. Ensure the issues raised by the customer are worked promptly and within Canada In Service Support (ISS) budget. Responsible for overseeing engineering budgets and schedules of the engineering Support System portion of the contract. Primary point of contact for all engineering issues with the Contractor Field Office (CFO) at CFB Trenton (Ontario CANADA) as well as the Contract Management Office (CMO) in Ottawa (Ontario CANADA). Must ensure successful execution of Canada tasking as well as development and monitoring of additional proposals for effort outside of the planned ISS budget. Also required to provide oversight of deployed personnel at CFB Trenton and the CMO in Ottawa. Ensure proper coordination of responses between Marietta PFTs as well as the other Canada ISS support teams. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background. C-130J aircraft program experience is strongly desired. Must be able to successfully manage and motivate small and large teams within and across PFT's. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required. Some travel is required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering
C-130J aircraft experience. Canada ISS Program level experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills are needed as well. Experience dealing with RCAF customer. Experience in sustainment support contracts.
