Helpdesk Engineer – Tier II
Atlantic Computer Services is an IT Managed Services Provider located in Wilmington North Carolina. We are a rapidly growing and progressive organization and are excited to find our next Helpdesk Engineer.

For this position, we do have some specific skill requirements. This isn’t an entry level position. At minimum you’ll need to have some advanced system admin skills. Knowing your way around virtualization as well as AWS & Azure will be required. Onsite work as well as participating in an on-call rotation will be required so we won’t be able to consider remote candidates. Beyond the skill requirements, our best candidate will have something more than IT expertise. We want someone who wants to be part of something bigger. Creating standards, helping coworkers, finding service efficiencies, R&D’ing new technologies are just a few of the team building tasks that your coworkers will be counting on you to do. Will you be micromanaged? No. Will others depend on you to get your tasks completed completely within the timeframe given? A million times YES!

The starting pay range for this position is $60k to $65k per year. A top performer in this position will have the opportunity to earn $70K+.
