Specialized Systems engineer that acts as a flight engineer/system expert. An active crew member that operates and maintains data links real time within a ground station environment. Performs real time troubleshooting and analysis of asset during test. Performs ground station preflight/post flights and ensures asset readiness for flight test. Ensures all paperwork and configuration is correct prior to test. Evaluates and provides recommendations and actions to improve HMI (Human Machine Interface) and ground station functionality. Candidate will enter formal crew member training and is expected to earn qualification and maintain currency. Candidate may work within a CTF (Combined Test Force) environment and understand customer priorities, tasks, and schedules. Candidate will write and issue ground station documentation to perform maintenance tasks. Provides solutions to complex problems. Maintains ground station configuration. Understands modification processes i.e. T-2 mods and TCTOs. Supports flight test program needs i.e. odd hours, shifts, travel, and overtime. May participate in development leading to all or any of the above activities.

- Expected to enter formal crew member training program and become qualified/maintain currency
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**
- Able to obtain class III medical certificate
- Experience with CRM in a control room/ground station environment
- Experience with data links and data link management
- Previous flight test experience
- Previous crewmember experience
