The successful candidate will work in the Dublin, CA office and provide civil engineering analysis and design on a variety of federal, municipal, commercial, and private development projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, stormwater, grading, and various facilities. In addition, the candidate may assist the survey and mapping team with a variety of office survey support, mapping, and field surveying as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
0-5 years of experience
BS in Civil Engineering required
EIT Certificate required, and the ability to obtain a professional engineering (PE) license within 2 years.
Experience with basic topographic surveys and survey equipment such as a robotic total station and RTK GPS is a plus.
Desired background to include project work and process knowledge in federally funded facilities projects with DOD, municipal, state, USAID, U.S. Dept. of State, Dept. of Defense and GSA and traditional delivery and design-build experience in support of commercial property development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D/Microstation InRoads, word processing and spreadsheet management programs with working knowledge of applicable codes.
