Under very limited supervision: plan, manage, and support project teams to execute business and technology initiatives. Manage multiple, concurrent projects to define scope and schedule, executing on schedule in alignment with budget and human capital parameters. Engage with business and technical stakeholders at varied levels to align on key objectives and provide advisory to proactively highlight and mitigate risks and issues. Provide oversight to track attainment of project milestones. Report on project progress and budget expenditures as needed to project owners.
Key Job Functions
Meet regularly with business and technology owners to define business and technical requirements and execute projects through to successful implementation
Plan course of projects, including milestones, resources required, cross-functional dependencies, use of technology and tools and document in project plan, following established project management methodology.
Track course of project from meetings, conferring with business analysts and developers, and recurring status reporting. Update project plan as needed. Document changes to scope or functionalities with change requests, project plan, and other reporting as needed.
Engage closely with key stakeholders in business, technology and project management team to provide transparency and advisory on emerging trends, risks and issues.
Assess compliance of development process with Agile methodology and communicate to responsible managers or staff. Document exceptions or deviations as needed. Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure key risks and issues are raised, mitigated and resolved.
Provide guidance to project staff. May plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers.
Serve as an experienced scrum master for the team – facilitating ceremonies and assisting in strategy discussions, to include: daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospective meetings
Manage team data, metrics and analysis trends
Track and resolve roadblocks and manage dependencies
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Minimum 6 years of related work experience
Experience managing projects from planning through close out to include: create project plans, facilitate meetings with executive leadership, create presentations and status reports, manage risks
Experience working with large matrixed teams
Experience and working knowledge of Agile methodologies
A strong proficiency working with MS Office Suite

Ability to collect/analyze data and formulate business recommendations for senior management
Financial Industry experience preferred
Top tier management consulting industry background preferred
Experience with Excel and SharePoint
Ability to mentor and coach team members
