Build, design, and test web application codebases and testing frameworks in a variety of tech stacks to meet client requirements
Architect and design responsive UI component libraries based on UX designs, using CSS and Less/Sass build systems
Promote best practices in web development and software architecture, including accessibility and performance
Integrate RESTful APIs into existing and new applications
Improve typical web stack build issues with task runners like Grunt and Gulp
Collaborate with internal and external team members to define project requirements and backlog stories in an Agile environment
Application development skills in C# or Java
Experience using modern tools like source code control (Git, TFS), JIRA
Experience implementing and consuming RESTful services using frameworks like ASP.NET WebApi, JAX-RS, Django, Node.js, ExpressJS, or Flask
Experience using a modern web application development framework such as Angular, React, Vue, or Ember
Experience with web client technologies such as Knockout.js, jQuery, CSS, Sass
Exposure to software testing, code coverage, TDD and BDD, use of testing tools like Selenium, Junit, Nunit, Mocha, Cucumber
Solid analytical problem-solving ability
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Sharp, disciplined, self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
Database skills including SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS, Azure SQL, Dynamo, etc.)
Experience with mobile-native development and cross-platform mobile frameworks like Cordova or Xamarin
Experience with servers and middleware including Kafka, Redis, Rabbit
