Full Stack Developer (Applications Development)
To have an extensive experience by applying Agile methodology and systems development life cycle to clearly define user requirements. To manage all aspects of systems development and systems integration supporting law enforcement operations and public safety.
To conduct a high-level review of the data and data architecture to determine its suitability for supporting the identified requirements. Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and applications architecture.
To assist systems business analyst in collaboration with data warehouse developer to further refine database design, data modelling, data mapping, data analysis, and data validation functions.
To write clean, scalable code using .NET framework and C# Test and fortify applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug code Improve existing software Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Proven experience as a .NET Developer and familiarity with the .NET MVC framework and entity framework. Extensive knowledge of the .NET language, C#, HTML5/CSS3and to write adhoc SQL queries and stored procedures.
To develop appropriate scripts, programs to analyze and manage data retention and data conversion from legacy applications.
To develop programs – new and custom reports and modifications to the current reports developed in Sql Microsoft Reporting Services.
To develop data migration and data conversion processes to convert various spreadsheets maintained by system users.
To define and develop user interfaces for interacting with data warehouses and data marts.
Manage all aspects of application integration in.NET and data integration with SQL Server and proficiency in ETL process. To provide technical guidance to System Administrator’s for timely backup of live data bases. In addition, to establish a test environment with at least 3 months of live data for ‘User’s Training’.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS technologies.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
