The Interview Scheduling team is seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to lead the initiatives to design, develop, and deliver full-stack solutions that provide new product features and improve existing product features. You will architect and implement new solutions and validate new ideas by either building on top of existing solutions or by prototyping new products.
You’ll provide feedback and guidance for development projects on your team, including design review feedback, code reviews, and production issue investigation. You’ll also collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience designing and conducting complex projects
Ability to write and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Passion to answer Product/Engineering questions with data
Experience with full-stack application development using Java and Javascript; experience in React is a plus
Experience building highly scalable, highly resilient, globally distributed, microservices-based web applications
The ability to guide a team to achieve goals together
An understanding of the value derived from shipping code rapidly to production and learning/iterating on the results
BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent)

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
