You’ll be responsible to:
Work with our fermenation process to problem solve any issues with systems and processes
Work closely with production and IP process improvements
Investigate and diagnose process problems and issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sound solutions to resolve.
Interface effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and other teams as needed to accomplish project goals.
Review existing process systems and practices and recommend improvements.
Audit production for corrective action verification once improvements are recommended
Aid project engineering and maintenance in proper equipment selections.

What we look for in you
BS in Bio Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering Degree
4-6 years working with FERMENATION processes.
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Skills with OEE and Lean processes
