We are seeking a Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer to manage and direct activities related to the performance of our capital assets, including equipment, technology, and the physical plant. You will ensure smooth and predictable performance of operations by leading our maintenance operations to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance to improve productivity. Specifically, you will direct the maintenance department and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efforts of the plant to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), with an emphasis on Availability, Performance, and Quality.
In this role you will initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices, with emphasis on preventive/predictive maintenance and upkeep of facility structure. You will also provide leadership, guidance and technical support to operations management. You will establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment and facility maintenance. Additionally, you will prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems as well as assess the company’s capabilities and capacity against the company’s growth goals.

- Must have experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment.
- Must have excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Must have math and measurement skills to understand, track, analyze, and report on operating metrics.
- Must have basic computer skills (email, word processing, routine database activities, Computerized Maintenance Management System, etc.).
- Must have the ability to foster teamwork and motivate individual performers.
