ATI Millersburg is seeking an Engineer II, Quality to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to support a growing, world-class manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing operations, then this position is for you!

Essential Functions:
Lead Continuous Improvement activities and events to reduce quality incidents and improve process capability
Facilitate problem solving and root cause analysis events with cross functional teams
Assess dispositions, corrections, and corrective actions on non-conformance incidents
Support contract review and quality planning activities
Contribute to process change, risk analysis, and PFMEA evaluations
Support customer audits on processes, products, and the quality system
Support the quality system through process ownership of a key aspect
Perform tasks as assigned by management

Requires BS in Manufacturing, Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or associated four-year technical discipline
Ability to obtain a DOE Security Clearance is required
Must have a strong aptitude for applying Engineering principles to solve manufacturing issues
Must have sound judgment and be able to plan, organize and control multiple activities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact well with employees and customers are essential
Demonstrated experience with computers, including MS Office suite
Technical background in quality systems, root cause analysis and continuous improvement is highly preferred
Familiarity with fundamental metalworking processes or experience in a manufacturing environment is also preferred
