(FIORA) sales channels.
2. JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Production Analyst is to support manufacturing goals and metrics for tissue converting productivity, cost, and quality. Provide analysis of cost, waste and production metrics to all levels of plant management, production, maintenance and engineering teams. Identify improvement opportunities for plant teams to drive improvement in manufacturing output, overall efficiency and cost effectiveness.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the Plant Manager and manufacturing teams with production data analysis and reports to support plant activities to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manufacturing goals
Analyze production data to identify trends and anomalies, prepare summary findings, reports and presentations, alert appropriate departments on findings
Perform production modeling activities on current and future SKU’s to determine optimal line loading, production rates, operating efficiency, total efficiency and capacity utilization for optimum monthly production scheduling and future year production forecast
Update Production reporting using VBA and SQL queries
Creating and formulating automated reports as needed for all departments.
Create advanced tracking reports for Operation Efficiency, Metric Tonnage, Time
Efficiency, Total Efficiency and COGM
Creates Monthly Metric Tonnage Report and Pallet Plan
Ability to use PDCA method to improve reporting process in production
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly computing, and tracking of KPI goals
Perform detailed analysis to identify process improvement activities in the manufacturing process
Perform cost savings analysis to determine payback and rate of return for cost justification on potential CAPEX projects
Complete various month-end production related reports and distribute internally and to HQ teams and departments
Prepare Ad hoc reports and answer data request as required.
Analyzes, tracks and correct all inventory discrepancies
Ensures all adjustments for inventory are inputted in timely manner.
Creates/manages tracking system for all inventory input/output.
Monthly reconciliation of Finished Goods Inventory
Tracks all SKU marked as quality issue and works with production and PPIC for resolution/rework and ensure SKU are moved into quality bins.
Input daily production lines into master summary production report
Compile and publish Daily Production Consolidated and Daily Time Report
Compile and publish monthly Production Summary reports
Daily consumption and reconciliation of Raw Material consumption
Assist Plant Manager with reports as requested
Review and tracks all monthly waste for discrepancy and improvement areas
Work on special projects as assigned.
Carry out job duties in a safe manner
4 . KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Plant Manager
Provides guidance to Inventory Control and Quality functions
Works with Production Manager, Quality Manager, Area Production Leaders, Shift
Leads, Line Leads, Plant Logistics Supervisor, PPIC, Purchasing, and Engineers as appropriate.
Interfaces with production consumable supply vendors as appropriate.
5. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Engineering or Operations Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role and in manufacturing
Strong problem solving and analytical skills including organizational skills with high attention to detail
Experience in costing, budgets, financial analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Ability to use array formulas, pivot tables, advanced functions and modeling within Excel
Working knowledge in SAP
Excellent oral, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
Capable of building effective relationships and successfully partnering with internal customers
Candidate must have the ability to work under minimal supervision, be self-driven, and provide guidance/feedback to operators
Able to multi tasks and prioritize and to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines

Extremely detail oriented
Accurate data entry a must
Type 40+ wpm
Must be advance in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Must have ability to write SQL queries and VBA macros in excel.
SAP data entry and analysis
Operate office equipment: phone, copier, printer, scan, projector
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
