We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Software Development & Digital Management.
Note: Being programmer is a plus but note necessary.
The Software & Digital Development Manager will be responsible for to manage and grow our software development and digital business and build the team for 2022. This is a hands-on role responsible for management, architecting, coding (optional), and collaborating with developers to produce full stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
We will consider 1 or 2 full time candidate(s) for this role. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, develop, debug, and deploy scalable, efficient, performant, and reusable code to provide stable products to help grow and scale our business Perform ad hoc analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues with our software developer(s).
Maintain documentation as part of a collaborative team, building critical systems for our clients Supervise product development and conduct testing in a cross functional team with our staff, customers and developers managing their priorities and ensuring that their code adheres to industry and company best practices.
Mentor and provide direction to other team members Architect and implement solutions in collaboration with engineering leadership
Own the problem and scope solutions that line up with business objectives
Keep up with daily needs of our operational team(s), managing releases on a periodic basis
Write code to maintain and support new and existing products and features if you are able to do so. If not, assign tasks to our developers.
At least one year of experience managing software and digital management
in a Product Engineering environment, including full stack and automation engineers
Demonstrated ability to architect, problem solve, test, and develop solutions independently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
