Data Collaborative (DC) is a technology services and solutions firm with offices in Arlington, MA, Portsmouth, NH, and Noida, India to support our 200 global customers – including over a dozen Fortune 500 clients. We build mission critical business applications and provide low-code solutions supporting a broad range of industries.
The team is comprised of low/no-code project leads, technical architects, and developers organized into multiple delivery squads. The teams work closely with business stakeholders and the client business process owner(s) to understand business challenges, break them down into actionable milestones and deliver them iteratively.
DC is looking for a low/no-code project lead to join our talented team. Most projects span between one and three months. Leads typically manage 3 to 5 larger projects while providing hourly ad-hoc support on past projects. You’ll report into an experienced Squad Lead and work closely with 4 to 5 squad members.
You will need to obtain expert certification in a no-code platform called Quickbase. We will support you with sufficient training and new hires typically obtain the expert certification within their first three to four weeks. Strong experience in mapping data models and advanced excel formulas are helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from project inceptions to successful completion, leading the orderly progression of projects from the proposal stage through project completion.
- Manages, tracks progress, tests, directs UAT, and resolves cross-project dependencies, risks, issues/conflicts, and change requests to ensure that all targets and requirements are met with on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Elicits and documents business requirements – including data structure, forms, tables, dashboard, reports, integrations, etc.
- Develops or co-develops requires within Quickbase while assigning out more technical tasks to our central technical team.
- Holds and/or attends regular project meetings, and teleconferences associated with assigned projects.
- Direct client UAT while managing for scope and supporting client change management/training.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Prior no/low-code development experience or a desire to develop that skillset.
- Strong excel skills including complex formulas.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and deal with a diverse set of problem.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to validate the requirements/scope of a project and present information to stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze alternative solutions and work independently to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development
- 1+ years of experience as a technical project manager, preferably delivering project phases in one to three month periods of time while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Technical ability to understand complex systems and manage cross-program dependencies.
- Knowledge of GIT, Object Oriented Programing, Databases and SQL Query language helpful or will need to be developed.

Pay: $63,876.00 - $88,838.00 per year
