About the role:
SageSure is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to build the modern web interfaces and powerful service APIs that drive our market-leading insurance platform. You will work with the full support of our engineering team to solve challenging problems in a collaborative and rewarding environment. What you will be doing:
Develop a broad understanding of SageSure applications while working through a rotation of cross-functional teams.
Improve code quality through test coverage, peer programming and code reviews utilizing modern patterns and frameworks with the support of your squad and mentor.
Work to master our standards from developing to releasing code in order to take on tasks and projects with increasing levels of complexity.
Collaborate with senior software engineers, quality engineers, product managers and other engineering squads to build feature-rich user experiences.
We're looking for someone who has:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with software design, data structures and algorithms.
Ideal candidates also have:
Experience from project-related work in internships, prior work experience or coding labs.
