Job Description:
· Coordinate and monitor heavy civil marine construction activities
· Coordinate work procedures with superintendent, crew, and subcontractors
· Prepare and implement Accident Prevention Plans and Quality Control Plans
· Perform hydrographic and land surveys
· Read and understand plans and specifications
· Draft layouts and as-built drawings
· Estimate project costs for bidding
· Calculate construction loads and design shoring systems
· Plan construction methods including critical lifts
Qualifications:
· Degree in civil engineering, ocean engineering, or related field
· 1+ years construction experience preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD/Microstation, Primavera/Project
· Physical aptitude to perform survey and marine construction field duties
· Willing to relocate to Sturgeon Bay with frequent travel to job sites

This position is based at our office and facility located in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, with frequent travel to our job sites in the Midwest bordering the Great Lakes (primarily Michigan, Superior, and Huron).
