We are seeking a skilled project manager to become part ofour fast-growing team. In this position you will work as part of a team thatincludes the production manager and project engineer to keep all constructionprojects on time and on budget. The project manager plays an essential role inthe companies continued success by ensuring that customer satisfaction and profitabilitytargets are met. The right candidate will be detail-oriented with the abilityto create accurate cost estimates of materials, employee, and sub-contractedlabor for all types of our specialty construction projects. They must beextremely organized and have the ability to implement and manage companyproduction programs on multiple simultaneous projects to maximize productivity.If this sounds like you, we would love to talk!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing estimates for all stages of design to include labor, equipment andmaterial costs.
  • Creating and maintaining highly accurate project estimating spreadsheets andmonitoring budgets throughout the project.
  • Product sourcing and securing vendor competitive product costs.
  • Serving as primary point of contact for clients during the constructionprocess.
  • Providing exceptional customer service including effective, timelycommunication with


  • Submitting and reviewing budgets of assigned projects and any necessarychange orders with clients.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules for all upcoming andin production projects.
  • Scheduling and managing a variety of residential subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintaining clean, orderly and safe work sites
  • Working with municipal officials on building inspections and jurisdictionalrequirements to maintain code compliance in all facets of project construction.
  • Providing oversight for the creation and execution of client andsub-contractor contracts.


  • 3+ years of combined Senior Construction Superintendent Estimating experiencein a

residential construction industry.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Must effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks with attention todetail.
  • Ability to read and implement construction plans and documents.
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office programs –Word, Excel and Outlook
