PAE has an opportunity for a Mid- Level Data Engineer/Developer to join our team on our Federal Government contract in Portsmouth, NH.
This position requires 5 years of information technology related experience including 3 years of experience related software development. This role, as part of a fast paced team, supports special software development projects for business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and end to end website buildout leveraging agile development approaches.
Essential duties and responsibilities for the position include the following:
Collaboration with internal customers to research, design, and implement custom user facing applications.
Operations, maintenance and renovation of current in-house software platforms.
Business intelligence and report generation support services.
Experimentation and prototyping with data visualization, analytics, and CRM toolsets.

The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:
Must successfully complete a comprehensive 10-year criminal and credit history background check.
Must successfully complete a drug screening.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Ability to work in a fast paced agile software development environment.
.NET or Visual Basic and or Java and PHP Combined Development Experience
One year SQL utilization Experience
Source Code Management Experience
PL/SQL Hands On Experience
jQuery and CSS Experience
Tableau Implementation, Configuration, and Utilization Experience
SW Data Visualization Toolset Knowledge
Software Security Knowledge Inclusive of Security Design for Authentication and Authorization Services
Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience can be substituted.
3 years’ experience as a software developer with 5 years overall working in IT related operations.
