CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR – Planned Community Development
The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation's largest real estate developers, is recruiting for an experienced professional for the full-time position of Contract Administrator.
Based in the Upland, CA corporate office, your new role will join the already successful team of Lewis corporate office professionals and work closely with department Project Managers and Vice Presidents to generate all contracts, work agreements and change orders.
Some of your responsibilities will include the following:
Preparation of master contracts and work agreements for real estate development projects
Accounts Payable functions, including processing vendor invoices
Maintaining an accurate and up to date status log of all contracts issued
Entering and updating all contract data into tracking spreadsheets
Communicate with all pertinent team members prior to releasing final payment
Maintaining orderly contract and vendor files, general clerical assistance
Assist with other administrative department functions, as necessary
Prior experience with the generation and execution of contracts is highly preferred since your position would be involved in the entire contracting process. To be successful, you must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience with JD Edwards, Bottomline Invoice Software or Icertis Contract Management will earn you bonus points.
