Lead testing organization in the functional testing of washers. Participate in Electronics Testing Strategy Development and Global adoption. Work cross-functionally to influence design for Test strategy within Controls and Electronics organizations.
Use metrics such as First Pass yield (FPY)
Maintain hourly reports
Apply Standardization in all resting functions
Test System Design, Verification and Validation
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
2 plus years Technical Electronics Testing; In-circuit, uP Programming, Functional
2 plus years working in a production environment
2 plus years Technical electronic controls experience
2 plus years electrical manufacturing
2 plus years Project Management
Project Management skills during test system development lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly, Design for Testing processes and procedures
Written and verbal communication both through regular updates
Proficient Knowledge of the EC-RD process and PIQ.
Proficient Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies and their manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Quality Systems for Electronics manufacturing environment.
Direct Experience in Electronic Component Design and/or Manufacturing.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally and lead cross functional collaborative teams.
Six Sigma Operational Excellence training and / or Certification (ASQ).
Create and build the proper connection with metrics, process, structure and results.
Cross-functional exposure and project execution experience
