8:00 AM– 5:00 PM
Responsible for monitoring daily shift reports for equipment issues and quality spikes.
Monitors equipment for proper functioning, capacity/quality.
Monitor Zones for proper 5S organization.
Must be able to set project schedules, keep projects on track, and complete as assigned by Manager.
Responsible for completing reports as assigned by manager in a timely and accurate manner.
Assists/drives equipment modifications to improve production, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
Assists with equipment repairs as requested by maintenance lead and approved by manager.
Responsible for maintaining/updating documentation including PFMEA’s, control plans, process check sheets, job instructions, and engineering change requests.
Modifies machines and monitors production trial runs for new products and changes to existing products.
Must issue technical report for all machine modifications in a timely and accurate manner.
Must be able to utilize the latest AIAG (Automotive Industrial Alliance Group) Core Tools and TS Standards. Training provided by a qualified instructor as required.
Ability to communicate technical data.

Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
