- High School Diploma or GED
Work under the supervision of Engineers and the Shop Managers
Provide designs for light machinery and mounting for its operation
Coordinate with mechanical and electrical disciplines for overall design development
Research material requirements for specific tasks and develop list of materials for procurement of those components
Assemble the study apparatus and perform and document the results of fatigue and galvanic corrosion studies.
Candidate is to be proficient with AutoDesk software such as 3-D Inventor and 2-D AutoCAD.
High School graduate with minimum of two years of technical courses post high school through an Engineering or Technical program
Hands on experience with electrical motors, actuators and mechanical linkages preferred.
U.S. citizenship required
Have reliable transportation to and from the assigned facility
Requirements include an office setting and industrial areas (some smoke & mechanical noise) that will require hard hat, eye protection, gloves and steel toes.
