In the role of Asset Care Engineer working at Leinenkugel’s in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Technical Services department in Brewery Operations. You will be responsible for providing governance in the development and implementation of the plant Asset Management strategy to maximize equipment performance while minimizing Total Cost of Ownership. You will also provide technical leadership in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety & Sustainability for effective early equipment management.
This position reports to the Manager of Technical Services and will work closely with brewery operations teams.
Provides leadership and oversight for the development of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for brewery equipment
Leads Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) specialist team and work practices.
Facilitates Formal Failure Analysis (FFA) and problem solving efforts and supports the reliability improvement initiatives
Provides education and technical support for Asset Management systems and best practices.
Promotes brewery safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives to support an engaged and proactive workforce
Supports facility maintenance activities and project execution

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role in a manufacturing environment
