Alltech’s MIS department is a global group working to support the business initiatives surrounding our Planet of Plenty mission. We have begun a digital transformation effort which includes implementing Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management for the enterprise.
Responsibilities
The D365F/SCM Developer is responsible for:
1. Developing solutions and enhancements within Alltech’s ERP systems based on the design specifications provided by a Functional Analyst.
2. Testing and promoting changes between the Development and Test environments.
3. Reviewing project specifications and designing a solution to meet the requirements provided.
4. Following Alltech’s ticketing system processes and providing Tier III level support.
5. Develop solutions that meet the specified requirements and adhere to our Global Development Standards.
6. Review and implement code that is provided by our third-party partners.
7. Review Tier III level tickets and work with an ERP Functional Analyst to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS or equivalent work experience is required.
At least 2 years of development experience with X++ or similar object-oriented language.
Experience developing for ERP systems is desired. Experience developing for MS AX2012 or D365 F&SCM is a plus.
Experience working with MS SQL Server.
Experience working in Visual Studio. Experience using DevOps is a plus.
Experience working with a global team is a plus.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be results driven and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills required.
