Job Description & Responsibilities:
Identify, recommend & set-up various semi-automated and automated process lines to manufacture PCB’s.
Identify, recommend and test numerous process chemistries for subsequent manufacturing.
Take complete ownership and provide daily support as required for all processes implemented.
Write standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for all on-going and new processes.
Provide weekly progress reports.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on result driven individual with a minimum of five years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the PCB or electronics industry.
Must have a strong background in chemical related processes.
Minimum high school graduate with demonstrated verifiable skills prefer applicants that possess a college degree in chemistry or industrial engineering.
Must be highly organized with strong communication skills.
