ACE Info Solutions is seeking a Senior Database Developer in Ft. Collins, CO. REMOTE OPTIONS AVAILABLE!
The candidate must have experience with designing and developing database tables and scripts from scratch, data modeling, and SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL (packages/functions/triggers, etc.).
The candidate would be working in an Agile environment along with 3 other database developers, 5 Angular developers, business analyst, scrum master and UI/UX designer supporting a multi-year modernization of a legacy application. The candidate should exhibit excellent problem solving and data analysis skills as well as a proven ability to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will focus on design, development, implementation and testing of the software built on a new technology stack using industry standard tools and design patterns.
Work closely with the product owner, business analyst, tech lead and designer to translate requirements, create necessary tables, views, procedures, and scripts to the support creation of multiple usable web pages.
- Typically requires and bachelor's degree or equivelant plus 5 years of experience as a Oracle database developer, including creating DB tables, views, procedures, and scripts.
- 5 plus years experience with SQL queries and databases, e.g. Oracle 19.
- 5 plus years experience with PL/SQL.
- Experience with PL/SQL unit testing.
- Experience developing an enterprise wide application.
- Strong communication skills with management, development teams, and product owner.
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- History of working in an Agile environment
- 5 years data modeling experience.
- Data migration experience.
- Experience with Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler.

The proposed salary range for this position is $105,000-118,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as geography, experience, certifications, etc.
