We are looking for a Drafter/Engineer to add to our growing team here at Regal Cutting Tools in Loris, S.C.
Starting pay: $14.50+
Job Description:
- Use measuring equipment (gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Process sales orders into work orders
- Use your skills to convert verbal and written information into two-dimensional drawings which will then be used to manufacture cutting tools.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision/no supervision
- All other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma/ GED
- Computer literate and able to navigate production-related software
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent eyesight and visual acuity
- Ability to read, understand, and follow process instructions, drawings, and other related documents
- A basic grasp of engineering drawings and principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc..)
- Willing to learn new technologies and keep up with industry changes and standards
- Walking, standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
