Company is an automotive manufacturing facility; automotive assembly machines.
Salary: up to $90K/yr
Terms: 10 month contract to hire (benefits available right away!)
Assembly line cycle time study.
Review/update process control plan
Review/update work instructions
Develop engineering process and procedural documents.
Lead VDA and IATF compliance measures.
Launch new program.
Ownership of current & future assembly lines.
Build samples for new program: Check quantities of parts, track parts, establish build plan, review open issues.
Conduct training as needed: maintenance technicians, operators and so on.
Root cause analysis and write-up.
Cost saving ideas and implementation.
Able to work flexible shift as need arises.
Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures.
Identify problems and implement cost effective solutions.
Maintain safety and quality standards per company rules.
Provide on-site technical support during startup and commissioning of new installations.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Language
Minimum degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma combined with relative work experience is required
Language: Fluent English
Minimum of 5 years
Assembly line and test equipment manufacturing experience: 5-10 years.
Mechanical design experience: 5-10 years

Product expertise in Driveline system preferred. Basic electrical knowledge
