Detailed job description
Learn the process, mechanical, and chemical aspects of the technology.
Define project scopes from RFQs, verbal requests, and mill sales visits.
Obtain costs from vendors, fabrication shops, and OEM suppliers.
Create cost estimates and develop technical proposal documents.
Manage project details, specifications, milestones, and updates throughout project execution.
Manage customer expectations and issue updates to customer during project execution.
Cooperate with multiple internal departments (Controlling, Logistics, Procurement, AP/AR, etc.).
Maintain relationships with key vendors.
Develop and maintain relationships with the customers' project personnel.
Manage auxiliary project materials and documents (inventory, templates, databases, etc.)
Support Fiber spares group in quoting and sales.
Perform key user duties for software within the product group
Bachelor Science Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Recent graduate up to 3 years' experience.
Internship/Co-Op experience required.
Experience with pulp mill equipment is a plus.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Must be fluent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
