Inspection Experts, Inc. is an integrator of intelligentBuilding Automation Systems primarily serving clients in variouscountries. We work with facility owners, architects, engineers,contractors and management companies to create innovative solutions tailored tomeet the unique needs of our customers. The BAS Engineer willdesign and/or program a complete Building Automation System includingintegration to other low voltage control sub‐systems to meet the intent of theproject requirements. This includes providing detailed informationand submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants,subcontractors and the field installation team.

Responsibilities:
·Design and configure technically complex Building Automation Systems as definedby the contract documents. Create flow diagrams, sequence of operations, billof material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
·Design and develop panel layouts, network layouts, wiring diagrams per customerand/or company standards.
·Select material including DDC modules, field sensing and control devices,dampers and valves to meet the project requirements, specifications, codes andcustomer standards.
·Program DDC modules to meet exact sequence of operation.
·Program and configure integration between multiple vendors using open andproprietary software.
·Configure system database for reporting, alarming and monitoring of BuildingAutomation Systems.

Requirements:
·Engineering College or 4‐year technical degree and/or industry relatedengineering including HVAC Systems, DDC Systems, andsoftware.
·Knowledgeable in DDC applications pertaining to the HVAC/control industry.
·Skilled in use of personal computer software Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visioor the equivalent.
·Knowledgeable in PC networking, database development and advanced PC functions.
·Ability to visit job construction hard hat areas and climb stairs, maneuver inand around pipework and air ducts and work safely in close proximity to exposedline voltage and low voltage wiring and terminations.
·Experience with Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens,and/or Niagara based products is preferred.
· Security level security or higher
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /hour
