Keysight Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a College Graduate ASIC DFT/Test R&D engineer. This critical position has an opportunity to help drive leading edge ASICs that shape and impact the electronic world around us by creating and delivering new measurement solutions. This technical position is responsible for the design and implementation of ASIC DFT test methodologies. This position is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, recently ranked as the most desirable place to live by U.S. News & World Report.
Bachelors or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering
Work with the ASIC design team to incorporate DFT methodologies into the ASIC design flows, facilitating the test ability of complex digital, DSP, and mixed signal ASIC’s.
Develop an ASIC test plan to address characterization, prototyping and production test needs.
Improve established test tools to increase productivity, quality and effectiveness
Develop hardware and software for ASIC/Microcircuit specific package and wafer test systems.
Provide test expertise to support first silicon turn on, ASIC characterization, and test suite deployment into manufacturing.
