Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, architectural, or M-E-P engineering.
- 0-5 years of experience or in one or more building engineering and science disciplines including structural, architecture, M/E/P systems, etc.
- Enthusiastic about construction. Driven to design creative, practical, and constructible solutions.
- Engineer-In-Training registration preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Revit and M-E-P design software a plus.
- Desire to travel and perform field work regularly throughout New Hampshire and beyond
Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing building systems for new residential and commercial buildings.
- Field-document existing conditions and design modifications to existing residential and commercial building systems.
- Prepare contract documents (plans and specifications) for clients and contractors to use in permitting, bidding, and construction.
- Inspect and observe our designs during construction.
- Assist in the design of other building systems, including envelope and structural.
- Utilize the talents of a diverse staff with extensive experience in building inspection, design, and construction.
