The Network Workday Appl. Analyst -Staff provides analysis, support, maintenance, optimization and enhancement implementation of Workday. The individual is responsible for analyzing business needs and partnering with HR business owners to develop solutions.
Responsibilities include working with HR leadership and staff across the health network, payroll and Information Services technical staff supporting business applications to implement and administer human resources policies, programs and strategies and provide tier 2 service center support.
Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired.
Two or more years experience in HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
