We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in E Tech. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, has a proven track record of sound recruiting fundamentals, is passionate about the candidate experience, and is excited to work in a small, scrappy TA team.
Be an ambassador for our brand and play a crucial role in E Tech's future by identifying and hiring engineering skillsets.
Flex your sourcing and networking muscles by building pipelines of technical talent and apply sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
Champion the vital role our ATS plays in our recruiting and hiring strategy.
Have input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
Ensure the staffing needs of the E Tech are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
Own end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
Play a vital role in E Tech interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Assess candidates' information, including CVs., portfolios and references.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resource, and/or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition. Agency experience is welcome.
A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience proactively sourcing candidates.
Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Spent time in the trenches of a corporate role in tech environment a plus.
